Limitations.  We reserve the right to limit the number of items on any order, and also have the right to cancel an order at any given time during the order fulfillment stage.  This clause applies even if the customer has paid for any item(s) in full.  Should this occur, the customer will be refunded any payments made towards the item(s) being cancelled or not shipped.

Conflict of terms.  If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

Applicable laws.  Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws and regulations of Canada, and only those provincial laws that are applicable to it.  The terms and conditions may be modified at any given time if required by such laws or regulations.  If any provision in the Terms and Conditions,  is declared to be invalid or in conflict with any such law or regulation, that provision may be deleted or modified, without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
